How long does it take to build an app?
A focused cross-platform app is usually in the stores in ten to twelve weeks. A product with a custom backend, payments and integrations takes four to six months. You will see a working beta long before either date.
Native or cross-platform — which do I need?
Cross-platform suits most business apps: one codebase, both stores, a lower bill. Native is worth it where you need heavy graphics, deep hardware access or the very last slice of performance. We will tell you honestly which one your idea calls for.
Do you handle App Store and Play Store submission?
Yes, including the listing copy, screenshots, privacy declarations and any review responses. The accounts stay in your name — we work inside them rather than owning them.
Do I own the code?
Yes. You get the repository, the store accounts and the backend at launch. If you want another developer to take it on in two years, they can.
What happens when Apple or Google release an update?
Every year both platforms change something. A care plan covers OS compatibility, store policy changes and security patching so your app does not quietly stop working or get delisted.
Can the app connect to our existing systems?
Yes — CRMs, ERPs, EPOS, accounting and warehouse systems with a documented API. If yours has no API we will tell you that before you pay for the work, not after.
Will it work offline?
Where the job needs it, yes. Field and site apps are built to keep working with no signal and sync when the device reconnects, which is included from the Professional package up.
Do you design the app as well as build it?
Yes. Every package includes a custom UI designed to your brand, with the user journeys mapped and agreed before any code is written.
Can you take over an app someone else built?
Often, yes. We will audit the codebase and tell you honestly whether it is worth continuing or whether a rebuild costs less over two years than maintaining it will.
